Social Entrepreneurship Ideas


Today I was traveling in a local train in India. In this time I experienced, I felt, I realized a lot more than when I tried to check internet for startup ideas. Most of these ideas may be categorized as social entrepreneurship. I cannot help me but mentioning some of them here.
Platform for Local and Poor Artists:
During this travel my mind was captivated by the amazing flute playing by a beggar. So I was thinking why aren’t we creating a platform for these local poor artists who have talents in different fields and publishing their work through Youtube, Blog, Website and any other thing to make money from their work so that we can stop them to beg by giving money from here and also entrepreneurs can earn some bucks.
Education for Poor Children:
It’s one of the greatest pain when I see small childs are begging in the train, public place. It’s not the solution to give them money or food instantly as it’s not only temporary but also a positive reinforcement for their begging i.e. to encourage them to carry on begging. In these situations, I always ask myself ,”What can I do Boss??”. I got almost same answer most of the time,”Make infrastructure for them where you can educate them properly with satisfying their basic needs.” But you may think it’s philanthropy. No boss.. it will not only benefit the poor children but also benefit you as well. Here’s how – 
Firstly we can set up a school or education institute not only for these poor children but all. So from here you can take money from other parents and the profit you can spend for these poor children. And after some point of time, you will have a great pool of resource with skills which you have taught them. So in this point you can get some work (like some freelance projects) from them which is beneficial for them and you too.
Conclusion:
Actually you cannot rise without lifting others. Even if you rise, it’s temporary. So we can think for holistic development of society maybe by some entrepreneurship ideas or may be by some other means.
